Do you believe in them?

Lately with all the crap going on in my life and a seemingly uncertain future, I've been thinking about going to one...I've been to one before and some things did come to be true...

I'm undecided on psychics. If they are real, they don't commute. I'm pretty confident I would have been slapped at one point for what I think about people on the train.

I went to one that was so on the money it was scary. She even gave me my DH initials, before I ever met him

I think some people are truly gifted but you have to find them first.

I went to one on LI when I lived there.

She has you write down everything that she says, because, as she says, "Not everything will make sense to you right now."

She was on the money about a couple things (She named my deceased Aunt Susan by name and told me she was watching over my necklace, which is a longer story, but made lots of sense to me.)

And she knew a bunch of other things that she couldn't have possibly known.

BUT, she said that DH and I (we weren't dating yet at the time, just friends) would never get together and that my sister would NOT have MS. Both of which were wrong.

Honestly-- I am deeply intrigued but I do not know how much stock I put in them.

I have gotten several readings over the years-- psychic, tarot and astrology and nothing has really been true-- even though I have gone to people who were recco'd, etc.

Some people swear by them though.

I dont necessarily believe in Psychics, but I believe that there are people with a sixth sense. I mean to say, not ones that can tell the future, but can sense spirits and what not.

I have been to MANY psychics over the years. I even drove out to the wilds of the country to see a gypsy in a caravan when I lived in Ireland. Honestly, not one of the psychics I have seen have ever said anything specific enough for me to look back now and say "WOW"! The gypsy even told me that I would definitely not move overseas.

I believe they are fine for fun and you should not put too much faith in what they tell you. You are the only one that has control over your destiny

I went to one a whole ago and it was scary how she knew some stuff. But overall, I think its lucky guessing.

this one lady was walking around South Beach on the beach literally, and she told me that july 16th of this year something great would happen...well, it came and went and nothing happened.

then she told me i would have 4 pregnancies but 3 children.

since i plan on having 2 kids MAX i doubt this will happen either

but it was nice to get some attention on me and only me for a few minutes

I've had a few readings, but none of them were really that "on".
I think it's interesting and I've always been fasicinated by it.
My sister on the other hand, really believes in it. She has her own people that she goes to and has been for years.

Well I had an amazing experience with a psychic. Her name was Paula Monte and this was about 10 yrs ago. She told me MANY things which came true-She even warned me about something which I kind of forgot about and it ended up happening! If she is still around she is definitely worth checking out. She is somewhere in nassau
