PSA regarding Born Free collars

So a few months back, I don't know if I told you all, but I dropped K's glass BF bottle, and not the bottle, but the collar broke!

So, I called BF, and they said that they were availabe for purchase via the web, and would i like to purchase them? it was $2.99 or $3.99 for shipping (something like that) on top of the $6.99 for the 2 pack of the collars , or I could wait a couple of months, and they would be available in purchase for stores @ the end of july.

July and August came and went, and in September I sent an email to BF regarding the situation.

They asked me how many collars I needed, and I told them... One broke, but I always like to have a backup of things just in case, KWIM?

I got 2 collars in the mail last week with the apologies that they should have just been sent to me in the first place! Go BF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love when companies stand behind their product and company!
