PSA- Costco has petti-skirts size 2T & up for $15.99 !
I just got a lavender and turquiose one

Oh man, I have to send my MIL in there...I'd love a turquoise one! Forgive my ignorance  , but is a petti-skirt the same as a tutu kind of thing?  Like the adorable ones people use for pics?

Yes
They are the layered tu-tu'ish thingies !
The one I got is a combination turquiose/lavender but it's adorable  !
They also have hot pink/purple, multi colored and a few more !

Oh yeah! I saw them today too and was going to post a PSA! I was in Holbrook (I think) off sunrise hwy and Nicoll's.
My mom did not get why little girls wear tu-tus as clothes!
