PSA Carter's
The second half of April there will be a Carter's warehouse in Tanger 1. At the Osh Kosh one my friend said everything was $3.99 and below so I am figuring there should be some good buys!

that is great news! they have a carters out there now but the outlet is even better...there is one on voice road too.

Right next door to Carters is an empty store, I wonder if they are going to use that empty store for the Carters Warehouse?
I will have to go back then! Too bad I don't find out what the baby is until April 30 I will have to rush out there on the 31st

If this is a boy I will be running out there after my sono on the 30th. If its a girl I have so much stuff from Hayley I don't need to buy anything. I packed things away with tags on them
