PSA - nutramigen/alimentum users
Check with your insurance company if your baby is on either of these formulas....I just got a check back from Aetna for 80% of the cost.
It took a doctors note, and few phone calls to get the proper information but it was worth it. Now i have the info i need saved and every time i purchase more formula I submit it and will get reimbursed

PSA - nutramigen/alimentum users
I have Empire NYS Gov't insurance and I am coved 100% for Alimentum with Drs note. You have to call the 800 number and then click option for Home Health Advocacy.

UFT members are also covered for these formulas. It's a $35.00 co pay for a month's supply. You hAve to submit a doctor's note to the welfare fund for approval.
