Prometrium?
My RE switched me from PIO to prometrium suppositories. There's a huge warning label on the bottle "If you are pregnant you should discuss the use of this medication with your doctor"
?????

It says that on most drugs I took while I was pregnant  (and using those drugs is NOT what caused my losses)
If you are curious about it, I'd ask the doctor.. but I am sure they have prescribed it to other pregnant women and are aware of what it is

When I was PG with my DD I was on Prometrium for the first 13 weeks but orally? My Dr. never said anything about them being a suppository?
ETA: I wondered the same thing but she said they were perfectly fine! And she's now 9 months old and happy!
