progesterone- room temp or refrigerated?
It is five thirty and I have been awake since 1:00 am. :( Bloating/gas after ER caught up with me. But I digress.
I started reading up on my progesterone shot and suppositories. The pharmacy did not tell me to refrigerate either. Do you refrigerate them?

If you have just the white capsules, you don't have to refrigerate them...If you have the creamy suppositories you should refrigerate. The PIO should NOT get refrigerated...

I did refrigerate my PIO... and then I just put the needle in a heating pad for like 10 mins b/4 we did the shot... so then it was really really thin...

You should not refrigerate the PIO. It is oil and it shouldn't be in the fridge.
