progesterone questions
Is there anything I can do to help these huge lumps that I have? I don't remember it being this bad last time. And does it cause hot flashes? I feel like I am on Lupron not PÍO!

I just started these last week and have found that massaging it for at least 5 min after and then sitting on a heating pad for at least 1/2 hour has made it a little better.
Also, I use a homeopathic cream/gel called Arnica. It is used to decrease swelling and minimize bruising. I noticed a big difference after the 3rd day of using arnica. and I checked it is safe for pregnancy.
I didn't expect it to be this uncomfortable.
