professional framing?

I've yet to have my wedding pictures framed. I could take it to an AC Moore or Michaels but I wanted to see if there were any places you girls have used and recommend

i had our wedding picture and some other paintings framed at AC Moore in bethpage. I waited until they had their 60% off sale. I honestly don't know if any place was cheaper, I know it was cheaper then what our photography studio quoted us. I really liked their selection, they did a great job and their staff was sooo helpful and patient with me!

The only place I go for framing is Roger's Framing in Northport. I've had 2 things done at Michaels when I was pinched for time and I couldn't get to Northport. Michaels was okay but if you need help selecting the frame, the guy at Rogers is really good. Prices are comparable to the prices you get with coupons from Michaels. Maybe I paid $10-$15 more on a $250 frame but it was worth it to get the right look. I just had some certificates done in plaques at Rogers and the price for 3 was not much more than the price I was thinking it would be to have 1 done.

I had my large wedding picture framed at Long Island Picture Frame in Massapequa.

They did a very good job.

I got the glass that prevents the picture from fading.


It took me 5 years to frame it so I really didn't price around.
