Product rave: Benedryl Itch Relief

A few weeks ago, Maddie's hand blew up to twice it's size due to a bug bite. We rushed her off to the ped & she had to be put on a steroid. It took almost 4 full days before it was back to normal.

This weekend, she got several other bites - one on her neck. She was only out for less than a few minutes to see DH bbq'ing.

I noticed it at dinner - a huge bump right on her jugular vein. It was BIG. My friend had the benedryl stick which I quickly doused on the bump. It was down by bedtime.

I didn't know they had it in a stick!

That is great, cause then I can carry the stick in my bag, rather than carry a bottle around with me

We loooove Bendarly here. Might be a good idea to get the stick too since the mosquitos love my DS!

Love that stuff! I'm allergic to mosquito bites, mine swell up to the size of plums, they are bad and they hurt, i so know what maddie and mommy are going through..Benadryl cream is the only thing that keeps them down me from walking around looking like 1 huge hive.



If kids are under 2 though, check with doc first, mine told me i can't use it on my kiddies if they are under 2.

I carry this in my diaper bag. Luckily I haven't had to use it yet, but heard great things about it. Glad Maddies is okay.
