what time of year are you going? if its gonna be nice weather, the center of town itself is cute and nice to just walk around--- some cute restaurants where you could grab lunch. the campus is really pretty to explore. theres also a walking path that goes along the Delaware-Raritan canal thats nice. Dh and I used to get subs or a pizza and have a picnic. For indoor stuff, theres quakerbridge mall right there, and a few other higher end shopping centers that are fun to look around...

It is a cute town - get some sandwiches from Hoagie Haven and have a picnic if the weather is nice.
Also, try ice cream at Halo Pub - yummmmmmmmy!!!
