Pressure when walking

I'm just over 29w and when I was walking back to my office just now, I was feeling some pretty weird pressure from my belly button down to my lady bits. It sort of hurt, but mostly it just felt like pressure. I walked slower to alleviate the pressure and now I'm sitting (and eating ) but I've never experienced this before.

Should I call my OB?

I def had that quite a bit. . I think it's totally normal. If it was more pain I might be worried but I think it's fine.


that said, of course I have NO medical training but have felt so much pressure, pain, cramps down there while walking that it would be my instinct to say it's fine

I have it too and use a support belt. Boppy makes a great one.

It's really difficult to get around from the pressure and at the end of the day it's especially painful. Get a maternity belt!

I just took a short walk around the office and it was nowhere to be seen, so I think I'm OK. I have heard about the maternity belt and I guess my girth is such that I really ought to invest in one.
