pressure like feeling in rear

I have for over an hour felt this pressure and urge to poop. I figured this back labor. They are 5-7 minutes apart and last about 30 seconds. Every now and then I will feel front pain but more on my back then front. When would you call doctor or go to l&d? I'll wait until its less than 5 minutes and over an hour but wondering if I should wait for or if my water breaks on top of the timing of contractions. I don't want to.make two trips to l&d like I did with my first.

Sounds like we're in the exact same boat! I'm waiting til they get closer or my water breaks. I'm feeling the same pressure. I've been sitting on my yoga ball and that's helping the pain!
