Pressure & soreness in the va-jay-jay???
Omg, the pressure is unbelievable! As if the pressure in my lower belly wasn't uncomfortable enough now I am feeling pressure in my privates
This started about a couple of days ago.
Is this normal and why is this happening?
I feel like it's too early for this to be happening, I am 33w1d. When I went to see my OB last week she said the baby was head down. I'm thinking the pressure could be caused by her head being low.
Anyone else experience this uncomfortable feeling? If so, do you think it will get worse?

Re: Pressure in the va-jay-jay???
Anyone else feel this? Well, today is a new day and I am still feeling this, it actually woke me up last night as I was changing positions during my sleep.
I feel soreness in my va-jay-jay and some pressure. I called my OB a little while ago and she advised me to go to L&D being I am 8 months along to make sure I'm not dilating.
This will be my second visit to L&D since I've been pg and hopefully my last until I deliver.

I think that it's normal. I get something like that once in a while too. I'm further along though...37 weeks. It can't hurt to check with the OB, but I'm sure it's ok

I think it's normal too but my OB wants me to get it checked because it's constant. I've been feeling this for about almost a week now so she's probably just being cautious.
Thanks

Re: Pressure & soreness in the va-jay-jay???
I got this 2 weeks ago. They said drink more water and stay off my feet. The pressure was somewhat painful and I was like uhh should I feel pressure like this down there just yet?? Dr. said it was the baby turning that I felt and all was fine. It was pressure for a few days and then gone. I haven't had it again but I have been trying to drink more water and teaching first grade does not help, on my feet all day, but when I get home I am done! Good luck and my doc said it was common

I get pressure and feel uncomfortable but never to the extent where I'd call the OB so I don't think its what you are experiencing. I'm sure its fine though - baby is probably just dropping a little early. Let us know how it goes at L&D.

Re: Pressure & soreness in the va-jay-jay???
I had exactly what you are describing start about 2 weeks ago. I called the Dr. and they said more than likely it is round ligament pain and to try to stay off my feet as much as possible. I also feel it when I change sleep positions or when getting off the couch or bed. Sometimes its worse than others, but staying off my feet does help.
