Patchogue ymca is a great program. Dd went there for the 3 yr old program and we loved it

I would check out Abigail Bottoms, the Patchogue YMCA (more day care but nice facility) and Kiddie Kollege (the one behind Chuck E Cheese).
I saw all of them but went with one closer to home. Abigail Bottoms was "ok" the other 2 were more in line with what I was looking for.

My daughter goes to Abigail Bottoms in Patchogue and she loves it. Right now she is in the 2 year old program but we will be signing her up for the 3 year next week.
The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean.

HIGHLY recommend Kiddie Kampus in Medford, right on 112.

I've heard great things about the YMCA in Patchogue from friends. I don't have any personal experience (I live OOS) but the YMCA by us also has a great program too, so I think it's definitely worth checking out their programs!
