Preschool Suggestions - Massapequa/Merrick/Bellmore Area...
Hey All!
I'm starting to think about preschool for my daughter, and I don't know where to begin.
Would you please give me suggestions for preschools in the Massapequa/Merrick/Bellmore area? I was *thinking* about putting her in at age 4, and I've heard mixed opinions about this. My two are 13 mos apart, so I'll have two in preschool at once if I put her in at age 3. So much to consider!

Pixie School in Wantagh - on Wantagh Avenue. It's great. My youngest brother went there and my good friend's DD is going there now and she LOVES it.

My dd is 2, and I put her in MATTS in Bellmore for the nursery (toddler) program a few days a week. I am useing Matts b/c they came highly rec. to me from so many people in Bellmore/Merrick area.
While I am waiting to pick up DD, I chat w/ lots of the moms of the older kids (nursery/Pre K) and they all speak so wonderfully about it. The kids are learning a lot and having fun.
The staff seems to be amazing. My dd is very happy there.
I have also heard great reviews about the program at Merrick Woods.
