Re: PreNate with Stool Softener

My personal experience with that vitamin is it actually bothered my stomach Chat Icon

I have been taking Gesticare DHA for MONTHS and have had no issues!! (as long as it's not taken on an empty stomach- which goes for any prenatal!)

Anyway not to be a downer.. I know many people have success with that vitamin!! Just in case you don't though... I would give Gesticare DHA a try!! Chat Icon

Me too. I have taken it for over a year. I do naturally have a tendency to be constipated but it is not any worse on Gesticare DHA.

I'm taking the Citra Natural and I haven't had any issues. I've taken it on an empty stomach and I've had no problems. Also, I've been very regular on them. I think they're great, although I've never taken anything else to compare it to.

This is what I take and it's the only ones that don't bother my stomach. They cost me $30- with insurance but it's worth it since I can't handle any other ones.
