Prenatals that don't constipate you
Is this even possible.
I am not currently pregnant but may decided to TTC shortly so wanted to get my body ready. I was taking some OTC pre natals when I was pregnant but they were making me so constipated that I stopped taking them and now am afraid to take them again. They were some natural rainbow brand I think.
Any recommendations?
Thanks so much

It's the iron in the vitamin that does that. I think I remember people posting about the target brand being low iron or no iron.

I'm currently on OB Complete One and I haven't experienced any constipation.
They are freaking expensive though.

My mom is a nurse and gave me a supply from her office - it's this Harmon brand and I am definitely not constipated from it. I add a DHA supplement to it though.

Presc. OB400 has very little iron and I've never had an issue. They say hormone fluctuations can cause constipation too.

I've been taking the Prenate Prenatal Gummy Vitamins for over a year now. They do not have iron, but have the DHA and folic acid that you need and have never bothered my stomach. My doctor said they were fine.

You want the iron though. I take vitafusion gummy vitamins. They have no iron and my doctor told to me take an extra iron supplement. Try one with a softener or if you can manage another pill try that. GL

I agree. I have been on them for 4 years while ttc, through pregnancy and nursing and never had a problem.

I didn't have. Problem Before I became pregnant it was after that the pills plus the pregnancy made me constipated. And I tried about 3-4 different brands.
