I know studios that do prenatal yoga are scarce, so I figured to let whoever's interested know about the amazing prenatal class I took on Sunday!
The studio is in Astoria, Queens (a bit of a treck for those on the island). The studio is called The Yoga Room, and they offer a class on Sundays at 1 and Tuesdays at 7:30. The class is amazing and the instructor is fabulous. It was so cute to be there with all the fellow preggies Chat Icon .
