Prenatal Yoga in Smithtown/ Stonybrook area
Hello ladies. Have been lurking for a while. But I haven't posted to much yet! I am 10 weeks along and I was talking to my doctor about taking a yoga class. She said it would be very good. Does anyone know of a place that offers prenatal yoga around the Smithtown area?
