Prenatal yoga
Anyone do it? Did you like it? Do you feel like it helped your back and muscles?

yes. i did it with my ds and am doing it with this pregnancy, too. i feel like it helps with everything: i am more relaxed, my sciatica isnt as bad the weeks i go, and overall i feel like i am in better shape.
i had a very easy labor and delivery with my ds and delivered a healthy 9lb+ baby with no complications. i contribute it a lot to all the yoga.
i went to Kashmir Hands in Franklin Square. Dina is awesome. if you google, her webpage will come up.

I did it with both pregnancies. Best thing in the world I did for myself during pregnancy! It helped SOOO much with all of the pregnancy issues, aches and pains, etc. and helped make my delivery so much easier than it could have been. I recommend it to everyone!!

I was thinking about it. I did yoga b4 I got pregnant and stopped once I found out. Where does everyone go bc I want a place that specializes in prenatal yoga

I only went twice because the studio by me doesnt offer it that often, but yes it helps a greeat deal!!!

Love yoga. Went per pregnancy & now I go 2 prenatal. Essence of yoga in Holbrook may be starting up a workshop in a couple of weeks if they have enough people sign up. I've bought DVDs too I prefer going to studio.

I found one by me in massapequa called baby belly....they do prenatal yoga every Monday and Wednesday at 7. They have other classes there as well
