PreNatal Yoga
I've been praticing Yoga for a while before getting Pregnant. Now that i am I was looking into Prenatal classes in Eastern Suffolk. E.islip has them & so does Sayville but since i work till 5pm these are not an option. I was so excited to see the Patchoge Y offers both Prenatal Fitness & Yoga on saturday's. I called but since no one signed up they do not have the classes. Does anyone else know of any gyms or studios that have classes after 5pm on weekdays or on weekend?

I go in RVC so that's not useful to you but I'd just check each studio's site / schedule to find classes.
