Prenatal Yoga
I was interested in doing this, I am located in Suffolk County. I have never done yoga before though. Has anyone started this after being pregnant??

I live in West Islip, I looked into fitness incentive in babylon but they don't offer the class anymore. I was a little concerned about startng after never having done yoga prior. I am somewhat flexible about locations, will travel maybe 30 min..

I live in East Islip and want to start going too if I can squeeze it into my schedule. Let me know if you find anything nearby!
