Prenatal Yoga
Hi Ladies,
I went to a great prenatal yoga class in Garden City this past Saturday morning.
The teacher is wonderful---from Yoga Works in the city and she will be continuing to teach the classes in LI, if there is interest. The classes are taught in 3-session series.
