Prenatal Massage
Anyone have a recco? Did you lie on your side or did they have that special table you can lie face-down on?

I did one in some asian place in the city and i was laying on the side. They did my head back and legs/feet

I went to Bliss as a treat to myself at the end of my pregnancy with DD and it was awesome. At that time i lthink I was on my side. I think you can only use one of the special things with spots for laying on your tummy up to like 19 weeks.

I had a great massage at luna mesa in moriches! They had a pillow with a hole in it for your belly.

I went yesterday to Feel Well in Wantagh, and it was awesome! I laid on my side, which I thought I wouldn't like, but it was very comfortable. I am going to try to make it a regular thing, because my back was so crunched before and today it feels a lot better!

Where in Wantagh? My back is shot!
Its right on Wantagh Ave, across from the bowling alley. It looks like its in a house, but its pretty big inside.
