Prenatal Exercise classes on Long Island?
I tried searching google and didn't have too much luck. I live in East Meadow and would love to start going to prenatal exercise classes since it is a bit cold out to walk as much as I would like to. Any recommendations would be great!

some of the stroller strides groups run the fit4baby program.
