Pregnancy yoga and pilates DVD's?
Can anyone recommend DVD's? I am running and lifting still but want to add some yoga and pilates to the mix without having to embarass myself in a class.

I recommend strong yoga 4 pregnancy with branda strong (the voice lady on desperate housewives! lol)

Thanks to Tidle, she influenced into doing Yoga !! I just ordered "Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea" it had descent reviews. I will let you know how it is.

I've been doing the 10 minute solutions prenatal pilates dvd--I like it b/c days I feel great I can do a 40 minute work out, but days I feel like energetic, I can still do a 10 or 20 min. workout and feel good.
