Pregnancy turned me into a hypochondriac

I am normally fairly normal and healthy but so different now that I am pregnant. 14 weeks/and some days now. Any tips on how to relax? Please provide reassurance or suggestions on my recent worries:

Thursday I had a fever - 100 no symptoms other than feverish, called GYN, they said take tylenol, call back if it doesn't go away or goes to 101. Seems to go away by night.

Friday I hear a colleague's sister has TB - my friend does not have it as far as I know, and I never met the sister- I still panic - call Gyn - they said not to worry-very hard to catch - very unlikely- safe to have test if you wish. My primary upset me - not accommodating for the 100th time- its time to change doctors- so they aggravated me all morning (long story) then later that afternoon I have dark brown staining (again) I have not had since early-mid 1st trimester - I have had light spotting but not this dark since. I call gyn hysterical. They are very nice to me. They were closing but send me to a radiology place nearby. All was fine with Chat Icon and s/he was moving lots! Midwife and dr at radiology communicated by phone and all was fine before I left radiology and the midwife followed up with me the next morning.

Late Sunday night there is a big fight at home (two family home) which continues the next morning (my hormones were all out of wack and I was nuts) I later find out my mom (lives separately) had upset stomach and throwing up all sunday night/mon morning. When she hears of the fighting in my house she feels she was sick because her body is psychic and she anticipated the aggravation. hmmm

Monday my anxiety was so bad I felt it throughout my entire body.

Tuesday - fever returns 100. 3 with Severe headache. I call gyn (they really must think I'm nuts) They say I should probably go to primary and see whats up - I can't go to primary (long story) so I go to walk in clinic- everything appears fine.

Tuesday night/Wed morning 230 I wake to pee (again) cant return to sleep - starving- eat cereal -all is well in the moment- as soon as I get back upstairs I throw it up. light headache still. take a tylenol. kept it down- but never able to return to sleep. I just had a waffle and ginger-ale and feel ok (although exhausted and drained)

Before I went to bed I had a cup of milk which usually I love but this milk was for some reason warmer then usual (fridge is working- I had just bought the milk a few hours earlier??) and I didnt enjoy the milk as much as I usually do but it seemed fine in the cereal.

Maybe the milk is bad? Or did I catch my mom's bug? Or is this something from last week's fever? Me and my mom had spinach leafs and feta (pasteurized) in our salad saturday?

Now normally I wouldnt think much about any of this but I am worried if this virus or bug or bacteria can harm my baby? I really dont want to call the gyn again.. if no more throwing up today its probably fine, right?

just remember that being stressed puts stress on the baby as well. getting a stomach bug will not harm your baby nor will a low grade fever (although you def will want to get it checked out). whenever i was stressed i always tried to remind myself that my reaction to stress was one of the few things i could control, and during pregnancy theres so many things you cant control. take some deep breaths, get yourself a prenatal massage, treat yourself. do what you have to do to relax, you deserve it! If it is a stomach bug, they will probably let you ride it out. Stay hydrated and check your temps. You can us Tylenol to help with ache and fever. It may even be gone soon, since you seem to have had it for a day or 2 now. Drink some OJ if you can to get some vitamin C. I hope you feel better soon. But even f it is a bug, your OB will most likely tell you to see a Dr. I would look into a new one if your not happy with your current one.

And, BTW, your not a hypochondriac, your PG! We all over analyze every single thing that happens with our bodies!!!
