Pregnancy Simulator?
It's not a simulator per se, but it shows what your body and the baby look like week by week, you kind of pull a handle type thing and it shows you the baby's position on the mom and where all the organs go, I can not find it!!!

yes, and look at your bladder. it literally becomes a pancake by the end!!
