pregnancy massage... Stony Brook area
hi ladies,
i'm looking for a place to get a pregnancy massage. It could be in the Stony Brook or surrounding area, just don't want to travel tooooooo far.

There is a holistic center in the village shops. I don't remember the name of the place, but they have pregnancy massage and accupuncture.

You could also go to The Spa at St. Topez in Port Jefferson Station. I know they do pregnancy massage.

I had one at st tropez in late september. They do not have a maternity massage table. I really want to be able to lay on my belly with the maternity table so I can get a good back massage. I will let you know if I like this one over St tropez.

You can get a GOOD back massage when side lying. It depends on how good the therapist is.

I go here for PT and they also do massage. They have a pregnancy table.

I did hear someone else mention that too. I have one more prepaid at St tropez so I will deff go there again. Thanks for the heads up too.

I got my massage today. I need to go on a regular basis. My back feels so much better. The maternity table was good since Lea put a pad over the opening to help support my belly. She said she could do it with or without the belly opening next time. I think it will work ok this way for only a few weeks more. I think the table will be good for up to 6 1/2 - 7 months tops. I did feel pretty cool to lay on my belly again. I am fine with a massage either way. As long as I go.
