Pregnancy & Heartburn
Sorry for crashing the parenting board but I have a question for you:
If you had heartburn during your pregnancy, did you find it true that your baby had hair when they were born? I didn't know if this is fact/fiction.
*I am 20 wks and started getting heartburn last week.

My son was a cue ball & I had heartburn in the last tri. Actually at 14 mos he is still bald

I had heartburn with my son, and he was born with a decent amount of hair. I've had none with this one.

I had it from day one that I found out I was pg....
and my dd was almost bald.
And I had HB my ENTIRE pregnancy.

I had heartburn for at least the second half of my pg...DD didn't have much hair at all - still doesn't have much over 11 months later!
I lived on Tums & a lot of water - although, neither seemed to help.

I had TERRIBLE heartburn in the last trimester and DD had a little bit of hair (not a lot), but it was dark...

DD had a good amount of hair. I had really really bad heartburn. A good thing you may want know is that my heart burn ended the minute she was born and hasn't been back since.

He had a ton of hair and I had awful heartburn..
My mom however had awful heartburn with me and I was a baldy beaner!

Exact same for me. Now with this pregnancy, again, it is back in full force  . I live on Zantac 75.

FICTION!!!
I had such bad HB my first pregnancy that I OD'd on TUMS and had...ehem...blockage that needed...ehem...medical attention 
He was bald to almost a year and didn't have a hair cut until 18 months
I had mild HB with #2 and he's another baldie! even at one year.

I had insatiable HB, and lived on tums during the day and Zantac 150 @ night....
Kristina came out with a ridiculous amount of hair!

No way! My heartburn was HORRIBLE and my DS didn't have any hair at all until he was almost a year and a half! I had it really bad with DD too, but she has a tiny bit of peach fuzz.

It was true for me I practically od on Tums my heart burn was so bad - DD had a full head of very dark hair at birth.

Had h/burn the entire pregnancy - save for the last 2 wks (which was weird) - and Charlotte was born w/ a full head of black hair...so the tale was true for me.
