Preggo ladies on the treadmill...
wondering if I'm the only one here with this phenomenon...
I literally JUST went to the bathroom. Get on the treadmill (walking only) and like 30 seconds in I felt like I had to PEE! I worked SO hard at not giving in. Every few minutes it felt AWFUL. It was a torturous 30 minutes.
I guess I could've used a different machine...but YIKES it was not fun!!! I'm only 5 months along, too!
Ladies, what machine do you use for cardio? I'm wondering if I should move to the bikes. Not a fan of those....

i don't have that issue while on the treadmill - but overall, in life - YES.....
I tinkle and not 10 minutes later - have to tinkle again....
Before bed - i literally go 3 times....to try and make it through the night...

I am 8 months almost and i have the same problem!! I just battle through, but I only do 25 minutes... Im just glad im ON the treadmill!!!

its the worst isnt it!?! I have the same problem when I do the treadmill or the elliptical it doesnt make a difference. I usually just pause it and go, I've tried holding out but its just torture.

That happened to me when I was on the elliptical - I have a feeling it is just going to get worse!
