Preeclampsia

Went to the doctor last night for a check up. I had been sick all day yesterday. There was protein in my urine and my blood pressure is high. They aren't sure if I'm dehydrated or possibly have preeclampsia. I'm considered full term so if it is preeclampsia I may be induced. They did a quick sono and the baby looks good, fluid levels are normal so thats good. Have to go back this am and have another check up. Wish me luck!

Went back this morning, BP back to normal and urine sample was fine. Had some precautionary blood work which came back perfect!

At this point, I'll be 38 weeks saturday, so if I did have to be induced baby should be fine!

No preclampsia here!

YAY for no preeclampsia!!!! That can be scary even if you are full term. And as much as I want this little guy out of me at 40 weeks tomorrow, I'm hoping I go by myself as 50% of inductions end in a c-section.

That's good news!!! I've been told I'm at higher risk for pre eclampsia, so when I saw your post I can relate to your nerves. Glad it's not the case. Hopefully I won't have a scare like that myself. Your so close to the end so at least you know the baby will be fine should u have to be induced. That's a big relief! Feel good!
