preapproval
How long does it usually take? I gave chase my info in late august. my real estate agent said it should take a day or two????? We actually found a house we want to put an offer on, so I need this letter quickly. Thank you!

late august?!! You should definitely have an answer by now. It should really only take a few days. Just know that just because you have pre-approval doesn't mean they'll give you a loan on the house..
