Pre-natal yoga
I would love to do pre-natal yoga again this time around as I loved doing it during my first pregnancy. But I lived in Manhattan then, so finding a place was super easy.
Does anyone know of any places in the Huntington/Northport/Commack area? I'll even consider Smithtown. I want somewhere with a specific pre-natal class not a regular class where the instructor will modify for me.

I'm looking for the same! I live in Miller Place but work in Hauppauge so I am looking for somewhere inbetween that I can go to after work to unwind. I found one place in St. James called Prana Pilates and Yoga that says they offer it but nothing was listed on their schedule. There were a couple other places in Mount Sinai and Stony Brook that have the same situation but that might be a little far for you. I am thinking of calling places and asking.
