Pre Natal Yoga
Hi Everyone!! I am knew to this site and can't wait to get to know everybody. I am 8 weeks and my due date is August 15. I would like to try some pre natal yoga classes. Does anybody know of any good places in Central Suffolk? Thanks

have you checked out this site? it will list yoga studios in your area...but then you would need to search them all individually to see if they offer prenatal classes

i used it and found my yoga place which i would recommend but they are in queens.
anyone considering prenatal yoga...i would say go for it!!! i have been doing it since about week 20 and wish i started sooner.

This isn't in Suffolk, but for anyone who is looking in Nassau, check out Breathe N Flow yoga in Freeport. AMAZING studio, great prenatal classes. :)

The Yoga studio I go to also offer several prenatal classes a week (Prenatal and Gentle Flow) but it's not in suffolk either.
It's Revolution Yoga in RVC.

I just found them!!! I was going to try to get there this weekend to give it a try! You go there??
