Pre natal vitamins
Up until now My OB just had me taking a multivitamin
she just gave me RX prenatal vitamins but I'm kind of scared to start taking them I don't want to get sick
is there a time of day you take yours that help with the nausea?
should I take them with food?

my Ob has me on PrimaCare One.
I take them at night before bed time. They have yet to bother my stomach

I've heard that about night time just didn't know if it was true or not.
So does taking it with food help too?

why do you assume you'll get sick?
I've been taking them since before I got PG - they haven't bothered me at al .......I also take them before bed.

Yes, thats the main reason I take them at night. Cause at that point I have at least 3 meals (and some snacks of course lol) in my system so it doesnt upset me.
I tried ONCE to take it in the morning with breakfast...never again
But everyone is different

i used to get very sick from vitamins as well (very naseauted) - so i understand your worry.
I take the Target Prenatals, with a folic acid supplement & a DHA supplement all at night - with dinner.
I have had no issues at all doing it this way - taking at night...with a large meal.

I don't know - the first thing everyone says to me is that they make you sick
I guess I'll let you know
