Prayers please! ***UPDATE***
Hi girls- called my doctor a out the cramping and they want me to come in. I'm on my way. Please say a prayer! I'm really nervous!
Update: My dr was not in, but I was seen by her partner. He explained that he wanted me to be checked because if the cramping is waking me up, he wanted to rule out an ectopic. He explained that at 5 weeks, there is not much he will be able to see as on the ultrasound the "baby" would look like a sesame seed. He said the only thing that could be negative was if he saw an empty uterus. He found the gestational sac and its measuring 4.5 weeks, not 5. He said it was empty, but he said that's totally normal for this time frame. I go back in 3 weeks. He said unfortunately some women get some intense cramps and as long as there is no bleeding and I'm not doubled over in pain, then that's all it is. I feel relieved!
He didn't seem concerned that I was measuring behind.
