Re: potty training??
Set your timer for every 10 minutes & put her on the potty (even if she doesn't want to go). Run water in the bathroom. After she goes, cheer like heck, do the potty dance, high five, etc. Then monitor her fluid intake & give her some time & ask if she wants to go on the potty again.
Repeat as necessary.
I know some moms who ply their kid with liquid to get them to understand the concept - but your daughter knows it & just isn't interested.

Re: potty training??
Has she gone on the potty before and she is comfortable and just not going on the potty because its easier to be in a diaper and not feel wet? If so I would put her in undies with a plastic diaper cover over it so she feels uncomfortable if she does go. I would ask her if she needed to go potty every 1/2 hour and bring her in there every hour or so. You dont want to force her and scare her. Just use her cues.

I agree with the above. This is what we did to get going on the PTing.
