Potty Training Regression Help

We did the 3 day method with DD and she was trained in 2 days. She was accident free for three weeks and then came down with a fever/diarrhea that lasted 6 days. She made it to the potty every time with diarrhea, but then the day the fever broke she started having pee accidents. She hasn't gone more than two days without an accident since (it has been three weeks). I am not sure how to get her back on track. Any advise? She doesn't seem to care if she has an accident. Just says Whoopsie.

I am doing all the things from three day method (run her to the potty to finish her accident, talk up being a big girl, praise her whenever she goes on the potty, don't make a big deal of the accident).

Anyone deal with this? I am stressing because she needs to be potty trained for preschool in Sept.

Potty Training Regression Help

We are in the same frustrating spot with DS. He was great for like a month after 3day method. Now he is having an accident almost every day. His teacher says lots of kids go through a potty regression phase and not to worry, but it's so frustrating!!
