potty training help
I know this has been posted 10000 times and I have done a search but not finding exactly what I need.
Im ready to start like right now with my dd. Do I just strip her down to nothing on bottom? Do I just put panties on? Pull ups?
Do I put up a chart? Offer rewards?
Just give me some advice where to start.
I have a potty, pull ups and panties. Shes showing every sign shes ready and shes off from school this week so I want to do it now.

Do you have the 3 day method? You just put them un underwear and a tee and keep on top of them asking every 20 minutes if they have to go. They say no pull ups but id still do at night. I might have it somewhere if you want.

I did a modified version of the 3 day method on my 3.5 year old & he was potty trained in a day. Nothing else worked for me before that... Didn't care about rewards, charts, candy etc loved his diapers!!

3 day method.
I did it at 2 yr, 2 months for DC1.
Did it at 22 months for DC2.
It really works.

Im trying it this morning. So far 1 accident. But shes in love with her panties lol she told me no more diapers thia morning. So hopefully this goes well

I felt like I was up to my eyeballs in Pee the first day but even a few hrs in is too late to quit!!!!!

I felt like I was up to my eyeballs in Pee the first day but even a few hrs in is too late to quit!!!!!
felt the same way too the first day was a disaster I felt totally defeated and wanted to give up by the end of the second day she had it down pack was very glad I stuck with it

For those of you that this worked for, was it for poop too? Or did that come later? I started yesterday and DD is doing awesome but she's afraid to make poop on the potty.

For those of you that this worked for, was it for poop too? Or did that come later? I started yesterday and DD is doing awesome but she's afraid to make poop on the potty.
My DS was trained in 3 days for pee, poop and overnight. I do know its not typical. My nephew would hold his poop but within a week or two he was trained with that too. But you cannot put diapers on for poop and think that they will still pee in the potty....IMO it creates too much confusion. We had the confusion the first night when we put pull ups on for night....once he had them on he wanted to keep them on....So we quit all types of diapers and figured we would just deal with accidents.
