Potty training diaster

So DD went to panties full time Memorial Day weekend. We have made no progress since then, we have actually regressed. She just peed on the couch while playing with the Ipad. I sent her to my mom's today with 4 extra pairs of panties and 3 pairs of shorts. She used them all! She pooped twice today in the panties alone. She pooped in my inalws pool over the weekend! She was 3 in March, so it's not like she it too little for all this. Bottom line, I think we rushed into the full time panties, but I feel like there is no turning back now. Anyone have any advice? Do I just go the pullups route? She wears them to bed at night, but HATES if we put them on her during the day. She says that she doesnt wear diapers anymore b/c she is a big girl. I am tempted to put them back on her since she is acting like a baby, but I am not sure if that's the right thing either. I am at a total loss.

We do pull ups only at night because she still doesn't wake up to pee in the middle of the night.

We have been diaper free during the day for 7 days and in the last 3 days 1 accident. I would def not go back to diapers or pull ups but attempt the 3 day method again. Take her every 15-20 min for 3 straight days. Even if she fights you, sit her on the toilet.

Good luck. On the 4th day she started to request the bathroom.
