Potty Trained for months but suddenly having accidents
DS has been potty trained for about 6 months now and has not had accidents in FOREVER but this past week he suddenly has had at least an accident a day. Sometimes it's pee and sometimes it's poop. I am not sure why he is doing this and I am starting to worry. It's not every time he has to go. I am a teacher so his routine has changed so I wonder if that is what is causing it but he will say it was a mistake or that he thought it was a fart but I am not sure it is an accident or not. Any advice is appreciated!

I never really had to remind him except before going in the car or to sleep
