Potty seat for regular toilets
We will be traveling for a bit later this month and we will need a potty seat (or something) that goes on the regular toilets so my DS doesn't fall in! Any recommendations? Thanks!

I think there are foldable ones that would be easy to travel with.

Thanks - I saw them, but the reviews are horrible. All of them say they fall-in to the actual toilet. Gross! Wondering if anyone had any luck?

Potty seat for regular toilets
I have the foldable one and could not get it to work. It was horrible and doesn't fit properly on the elongated seats in public restrooms. After trying it a few times, I gave up. Now I just line the seat with a ton of toilet paper and let my DD sit on it while I hold her so she doesn't touch the sides of the toilet.

i have two of the foldable potty seats and love them! never have i had trouble with them. I have the graco brand one (white with green dots) if that matters.
I put it on the seat and pick up DD to put her on it....maybe if she tried to climb on it herself i would have issues. but not once has the potty seat or my daughter fallen into the toilet
eta: if you are using a public bathroom with an elongated seat, you just need to put it towards the front of the seat. actually, now that I think of it, regardless of the toilet shape, I always just put it at the front of the toilet...maybe that is the trick?

I use disposable like paper covers. I get them off amazon. It doesnt makes the seat smaller iy just goes over the reg toilet so when im out with dd she can sit. I hold her arms to make sure she doesnt fall in.

I have a foldable one that lays flat in a cover and never had an issue. It fits in the side of my diaper bag great.
Also have a cushioned one that folds in four and never had an issue out and about.

I have the potette plus. Granted, dd has been potty trained for exactly one week, but she likes to "go" in every single place we go to. I found that the legs/wings grip well on the various seats we've used it on. Plus, it stands for potty use without a toilet.

Potty seat for regular toilets
get a Pottette. you can get them at BRU for $16.99
its a potty seat that can go over a regular toilet and it also has small little legs that you can pull out to form a small potty for when you are no where near a bathroom and need for them to sit and go. the pottette comes with about 20 bags that you line the seat with that has an absorbant center. after they are done you close up the bag and throw it out.
Best. Purchase. Ever.
