pottery barn nursery
Has any ordered their nursery from Potterbarn kids, I am thinking of ordering from them, and just want to hear experiences and what you though of their quality. thanks in advance...

I work with a woman who's due in May and got all of her baby furniture from Pottery Barn. So far she's said that she was happy with the ordering process and the time frame compared to other stores she had been in. I don't think she has it in the house yet so I can't comment on quality.

A friend of mine used them and loves her furniture. She had originally bought a set from BRU but the quality was terrible when she got it home so she decided to go with them and couldn't be happier (not to mention the crib is gorgeous- it's the sleigh one). If we could afford it I would buy from there!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. our furniture is nice (thomas in the distressed white) but IMO you could prob find just as nice for cheaper. and the process to get it had me on the phone in tears for 6 weeks AFTER he was even born (we ordered it 3 mos before). the pieces that werent on backorder came super quick but if its on backorder, I advise you dont even CONSIDER it.

same here
btw, make sure any drawers are tongue in groove....I'm a major PB addict but won't buy furniture that isn't tongue in groove. I don't think they do that at PB, but make sure.
