Pottery Barn Duvets & Down Comforters
Just ordered a FAB PB duvet online. I have a down comforter but I''m wondering if all comforters and duvets are "compatiable", so to speak.

Pottery Barn Duvets & Down Comforters
I have used PB duvets on my down comforters that came from places other than PB, so I think yes?
ETA: The comforter was from Restoration Hardware, so that's the only one I can speak to.

i had a comforter from ikea, didn't work with duvet's from any other place. that was annoying. don;t know if they do those odd sizes still.

Same here. Comforter from Macy's fits my pb duvet cover fine.

I have a PB down alternative comforter and use it with Crate and barrel and other duvets..I don't even have a PB duvet..LOL

I think that some ikea bed stuff is non-US standard sized, which is annoying. We bought a toddler bed from there and I know the sheet size was weird and we could only get ones that fit from Ikea.
In general though, a comforter you get at another store like BBB or Macys should fit fine with a PB duvet.

I have a couple of king ones and yes they are. They fit great. I got a couple of twin size for my son and they seem to run a little bigger but then again I think his comforter is just a bit on the smaller side.
