Postpartum underwear
What are you girls doing about it? I just saw an advertisement on "pandeez" disposable underwear, but I'm not sure if I should just purchase some granny panny Hanes underwear. I want to make sure I don't leak and the pad is kept in place comfortably! TIA

Just got for the Hanes underwear. You can find it cheapy at WalMart or something.

i got walmart and target brand granny panties in black. they're like $1 a pair  - I did the same with my 1st pg - they're just getting thrown out after my PP bleeding is done anyway.

Desitnation Maternity has fold over undies, they come up nice and high and are really comfy.
I had my baby last week and I am wearing them now.

SB gave me 1 PAIR about 20 minutes after I delivered the baby when I got up to pee. They claim they only had them in L&D, and couldn't get any in the postpartum unit. blasphemy!

I agree but only got 1 pair also  
I bought Hanes granny panties and used thoise throughout the pregnancy. No use in spending much at all. I like the idea of maternity panties, but I just can't afford to spend $10 on a pair when I could buy a 6pk of Hanes
