Posterior Position
I was at the hospital yesterday because I was having contractions. I had to have 2 nurses check me to see if I was dilated (is this normal? my husband was mad about this). Anyway, one nurse said the baby was posterior. All along, since I have been 30 weeks, the dr has said that the baby is set for birth, head down with the face to the back. Now it has changed. Is this something I should worry about?

I wouldnt worry to much about it...it can make delivery more difficult but most babies twist and turn at birth any way so there is plenty of time for the baby to turn "face down".
