post your keyboard shortcuts...
can you post some shortcuts you use frequently? And I really mean internet related ones...
For example:
like how "control A" selects all text...stuff like that ?

F5 - updates current window
ALT & Tab - switch between open items

when highlighting using "control" to click more than one thing but not together or "shift" to highlight a bunch of stuff in a row.
thats about all I know, I'm lost on the computer.

This is my FAVORITE and by far the most useful one to quickly move to a work document when you are messing around on the internet.
Practice it, get good at it, be fast at it, and the boss will never know!

Here's a list for Windows users and another one for MS Office users
Out of all of them, I use these the most:
• Windows Logo+M: Minimize all
• SHIFT+Windows Logo+M: Undo minimize all
• CTRL+B: Bold
• CTRL+U: Underline
• CTRL+I: Italic
• CTRL+X: Cut
• CTRL+C: Copy
• CTRL+V: Paste
• CTRL+Z: Undo the last command
• CTRL+A: Select all
• ALT+TAB: Switch to another running program (hold down the ALT key and then press the TAB key to view the task-switching window)
• ALT+F4: Closes the current window
ALT+S : sends mail in Outlook
ALT+K: check names in Outlook
F7 key: Spellcheck

CTL N opens a new window.
If you have a web page open, hit control N and a new page opens up.

My frequently used ones:
F5 - refreshes
Ctrl + A - Select All
Ctrl + C - Copy
Ctrl + V - Paste
Ctrl + X - Cut
Ctrl + F - Find
Alt + Tab - switches between windows
Double Click on a word - selects word
Print Screen - prints screen
Alt + Print Screen - Prints Window
ETA: Ctrl + Z - Undo

One of my favorites is shift + delete to delete something w/o it going to the recycle bin. I use this if I'm deleting a lot of stuff at one.
And I use most of the others posted here.

You have to use the Number Pad on the right side of the keyboard. You can't use the numbers along the top of the keyboard.

<SHIFT>F5 forces the computer to refresh everything on the page. Just F5 makes the computer update what it *thinks* is new, but it often doesn't update everything.
