Post Work-out Breakouts!!!
Anyone have this problem? I have breakouts on my upper back and chest.
Treaments? Prevention?

Could it be the type of clothes you are wearing? Maybe if you tried a 100% cotton or something else that pulls moisture away?

You don't want to wear cotton, it absorbs moisture. You want to wear synthetic fabrics.
I don't really have any advice except to maybe start using a body wash with acne treatment. I have seen some on shelves lately.

I have the same problem. I use Neutrogena Body Wash for acne and follow it up with Stridex pads and that seems to help with the breakouts.
